HIV and
Substance Abuse are causing untold misery, in millions of
Indian homes. It is therefore heartening to note that the Drug
Abuse Information Rehabilitation and Research Centre (DAIRRC)
is organising the International Conference titled ”Hope 2002”,
to come out with new approaches for dissemination of
information and awareness to counter these twin evils.
I wholeheartedly extend my support and good wishes to this
noteworthy endeavour.
